The CK EAST Group contractor turned developer is officially looking at launching the Rencana TTDI project, which is a commercial development laying on a two-acre Malay reserve land. This project is worth RM380 million, and it features a co-working concept. The managing director of the contracting company is looking for one buyer of the retail podium that measures slightly more than 100,000 square feet. The reason for a single buyer is for achieving entirety of control and tenancy mix. In case there will not be a single customer, the company will manage this property by itself for measuring its exact value in future.
